My favourite white variety from one of my favourite winemakers. It's a wonderful combination which interestingly is Neil Paulett's favourite adjective when describing this wine. It's just been released and is perfect for this summer or long term cellaring.

WHAT I'M ALL ABOUT

G'day,

I started raving about wine a long time ago in university days. When you're 18 and out on your own you need a job and the Solomons of Randwick Liquour Supply provided that.

By the time I finished my degree I knew more about wine than I did about anything I'd studied. And so much more than my employers.

A corporate marketing and advertising career ended with the purchase of our first Sydney, Australia liquor store. A few more followed. The passion has always been wine and after 3 years tasting and wandering around Europe it was time to come home to repeat the process here.
