Juniper Crossing 2008 Merlot

Many of you enjoyed the 2007 vintage and we reckon this is every bit as good. It's a merlot with grunt and very highly recommended.

REVIEWS
Fine value from Margaret River. Took me by surprise. Some gum leaf fragrance and regional gravel over red fruit and plum with a touch of coffee oak in the background. It's medium bodied, supple and engaging, with good flavour and texture. Finish is excellent. A pleasure to drink."

'Gee, a merlot with some spine. Now I've seen everything. This wine won a trophy at the Perth Show. It's a more powerful and assertive merlot that you expect but still has that unmistakable fleshy wrap. It's medium weight with a spicy plum influence and a light cedary oak character neatly and seamlessly infused. Very nice wine. 92/100.'
